Position Title: General Labourer
Location: Mississauga/GTA
Job Type: Part-time/Contract
Job Description:
- Safely load and unload items onto/from trucks or vans.- Transport items between stores and our warehouse in the GTA.
- Handle items with care to prevent damage during transportation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid G driver's license.- Ability to lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Strong physical stamina and fitness to perform manual labor tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and available for scheduled shifts.

Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by handling communications with clients and organizing data. You will ensure efficient office operations and contribute to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain and organize client communications and records.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current or recent graduate from post-secondary education, preferably in business, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in communicating with clients in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications (not required but beneficial):
- Experience with CRM software or other client management systems.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
